All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Dolphet Richent is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Dolphet Richent cannot predict or control these charges, as customs regulations vary by country.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Dolphet Richent is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist customers in locating their shipment.
