REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn and unwashed

Be in original condition

Be free from stains, odors, or damage

Include original packaging whenever possible

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused and returned to us, any return shipping fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
